| STEP (Sharing Teachers’ Effective Practice) is a one day event that showcased the importance of sharing, celebrating and collaborating with fellow Qatar Foundation practitioners. Peers facilitated STEP sessions that focused on exploring effective practices, engaging with “hands-on” materials and maintaining balance. Each session provided opportunities for reflection.
